After growing up at the knee of his maternal grandfather in the kitchen, learning how to filet and cook the fish he caught and to make pierogis by hand, Chef then studied at the San Francisco Culinary Institute and trained with the Michael Mina Group and Chef Todd Kniess, formerly from the CIA in Hyde Park.

Dawn is the CEO and Catering Coordinator and will review with you all that you need for a successful event, incorporating all of the details regarding your venue requirements, advising on any rentals you may need, even referring you to our partner vendors.
