Yes, Herbs & Spices Catering will arrange all of your rental needs, from the usual party items, such as: tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, and silverware, to more elaborate items, such as: fine china, crystal, and specialty linens. We can also arrange for larger items, such as: canopies, stages, lighting and dance floors. We use a few local rental companies with a wide variety of items for you to choose from to enhance your event.

We charge for our staff by the hour, based on a five hour minimum per staff person. We do our best to estimate the amount of time that our staff will be needed for your event. However, since many variables exist, the final cost is based on the actual time worked.

Drop-off service means that we will bring the food to you. All cold or room temperature items will be ready to go on disposable serving trays. Hot items will be in oven proof trays, and you will need to heat them up and place them on serving trays. There are no servers. We charge for delivery and pick up. Locations will be charged by distance. You can also choose to pick up the food yourself. This option works best for more informal events, during which you do not mind doing some work.

For all drop-off catering events we will bring disposable plates, napkins, utensils and cutlery if needed. If you would like real plates, linens, glassware cutlery etc we can arrange these items to be delivered directly to your event locations from a third party.
