Hors d'oeuvre parties are a great way to have delicious food and fun events when you are limited on space. Herbs & Spices Catering has a great selection of finger foods that can be butler passed or presented on a buffet. Our creative staff uses herbs and flowers to dress up every platter. We hired Herbs and Spices to provide appetizers for a 60th birthday celebration for about 50 people held at The Hunter, a cocktail bar that has no kitchen. Wendy was a pleasure to work with, and gave us a wide variety of possibilities, ranging from unattended platters to heated chafing dishes staffed by servers. Having no experience myself doing something like this, she was terrific in helping to determine quantities, and had no issues when I wanted to scale back a bit from her suggestions.
