We hired Herbs and Spices to provide appetizers for a 60th birthday celebration for about 50 people held at The Hunter, a cocktail bar that has no kitchen. Wendy was a pleasure to work with, and gave us a wide variety of possibilities, ranging from unattended platters to heated chafing dishes staffed by servers. Having no experience myself doing something like this, she was terrific in helping to determine quantities, and had no issues when I wanted to scale back a bit from her suggestions.

Our goal was to have an offering that was more special than something we could do ourselves, and our expectations were exceeded by a mile. All our guests were thrilled with the offerings.
